Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your data. You can delete your Moto-Stash account at any time using either of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete From the App

This is the fastest way to delete your account:

  1. Open the Moto-Stash app
  2. Tap the menu icon (top left) to open the drawer
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm by tapping Delete My Account

After confirming, you will be signed out immediately. Your account and all associated data will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at motostash1@gmail.com. Please include the email address associated with your Moto-Stash account. We will process your request within 48 hours.

30-Day Reinstatement Window

After you request deletion, your data is retained for 30 days before being permanently removed. During this window, you can sign back in to the app and choose to reinstate your account. All your data will be restored exactly as you left it.

After the 30-day window, reinstatement is no longer possible.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is permanently deleted, the following data is removed from our servers:

  • Your account and profile information (email, display name)
  • All bikes and their details (make, model, VIN, hours, mileage)
  • All maintenance records and photos
  • Suspension setups and jetting data
  • Rider profiles
  • Trails, tracks, and setup snapshots
  • Accessories and upgrade records
  • Transfer history and codes
  • All uploaded photos (bike, rider, and maintenance photos)
  • Subscription and promo code redemption history

Active Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the Google Play Store to avoid further charges. Your data will be retained until 30 days after your subscription ends.
