These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Moto-Stash mobile application (the "App") operated by Moto-Stash ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Upload malicious content or code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the App to spam, harass, or abuse other users

Subscription Tiers

The App offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

• Free Trial: New users receive a 30-day free trial of premium features. After the trial, your account will revert to the free tier unless you subscribe.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled through the Google Play Store in accordance with their refund policies.

User Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the App, including bike information, maintenance records, photos, and notes. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.

Bike Transfers

The bike transfer feature allows users to share bike data with other users via transfer codes. By initiating a transfer, you authorize the sharing of the selected data with the receiving user. Transfers are final once claimed and cannot be reversed through the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Moto-Stash is a management and tracking tool. It does not provide professional mechanical advice. Always consult qualified mechanics for critical maintenance decisions. We are not responsible for any damage to your motorcycle or injury resulting from maintenance performed based on information stored in the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moto-Stash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to property.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will result in the permanent deletion of your data within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
